Lower Body Lift Update: One week out
I'm surprised the nurse didn't help you more other than telling you what to do especially while in the hospital. That would have made me upset for sure if that would have happened to me. Glad to hear you are doing better and that is all behind you. Take it easy and try not to overdo it. That's easy to do when you start feeling better.

You know, that was my first thought, but then I though, "well, I'm gonna have to know how to do this when I get home." Guess that proves that one should go with their first instinct. And do think anyone associated with hospital, nurse, doc would support this thought? naaaa, thankfully, though it is done and over.
I hear you on the take it easy and not overdo it. It is so hard because I'm not one to sit for any amount of time.

Rhonda,
I'm 4 months post LBL and I just wanted to tel you that it IS worth it. That first week is the worst, but the next month is going ot be tough too. Each day gets a little better and eventually you stop swelling so much and you'll start seeing the results.
LOL I woke up this morning feeling my hips and butt and amazed that all I can feel it tight skin and muscle. It feel so nice.
