hip bone aching after TT?

I had complex abdominoplasty and panneculectomy on 9/14.  Feeling pretty good except I feel an aching or pressure on my hip bone area. I do have stitches on top of that area.  I just wanted to know if this is normal, it is quite annoying at times. Thanks, Mere

 My hip has been hurting also but not where the surface stitches were. I am wondering if I didn't adhere somewhere and there is an air pocket or something. Its not the bone itself because massage makes the pain stop. It kinda comes and goes. After reading about someone popping the stitches internally It makes me wonder if thats what it is.
