Looking for plastics in Nor Cal
Hi,
I'm in Northern California (SF Bay Area) and I'm looking for a plastic surgeon in my area who does good work on bodies that are WLS post op.
Does anyone have any referrals in my area? I'd really like someone who knows how to work with our post op bodies.

Dr. Eric Mariotti in Concord has done my tummy tuck, breast augmentation, arm lift, butt lift and outter thigh lipo. I love my results. Dr. Mariotti does a lot of work with massive weightloss patients. He is very artistic and will tell you what to realistically expect from your surgery. He will spend as much time as you need on your visits. All follow up visits are covered in the surgical cost. His staff is great as well. I recommend Dr. Mariotti to anyone wanting any plastics done for any reason.

I'm another fan of Dr. Mariotti's- I had a circumferential belt lipectomy, breast lift and augmentation in January after losing almost 200 lbs, and am thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Mariotti does alot of post WLS plastics, so his photo book has many examples of patients who might have lost similar amounts to you, or have similar body types - this helped me visualize what I might look like post op. His PA Sarah is awesome. My insurance company even covered part of my CBL ( but is denying my VSG!).
I'd still interview several surgeons- you can be picky here - another surgeon I loved ( but she doesn't do the CBL) is Michelle Place in Danville, CA.
