These flabby inner thighs cannot be hidden.

Its been awhile my plastics forum folks but I'm always lurking until my ignorance needs to meet with your intelligence.  Of course my biggest issues remains $$$ and my fear of painful stitches, but I digress.

Which procedures best addresses sagging thighs?  Its pretty much all inner thigh especially up top.  I have the same type of hang you see with batwings if I lift my leg while laying on my side.

I've looked at many surgeons' web sites (thanks for the resources), but I'm not finding befores that look similar to me.  I'm pretty muscular overall.
Is anyone willing to share thigh pics with me?

What will it take to get lean slender thighs to show off this muscle?  Can thighs be done alone?  The pics I find are all in conjunction with butt or abdominal procedures.

As always, thanks to all.

Wow, that's one long @$$ incision down each leg.  Your scars look minimal all over.  Most are smooth and flat from the begining.  I did not know that was even possible.  Thanks for sharing your pics.

I also had an inner thigh lift. I have pictures on my profile as well.

Nice outcome but the length of the scar is scary.  I was hoping to get away with just an incision in the groin.  From the pics, I don't think that's probable.  Thanks for sharing yours.

I must get my arm and thigh pictures together from before and take and post some afters.  I have the same scar as the other ladies that runs from my groin down my inner leg to my knee, vertical thighplasty.  I had my arms and thighs done together.

I hope to get away with a medial lift but the pics cast doubt on that.  The long scars look so painful.  I'm not sure I can handle a thighplasty.

Haha don't know about anybody else but ALL this plastics **** is painful, but you forget.  I'm 2 1/2 months out from my thighs and arms and while during month 1 I was like WTF, I'm much MUCH better today.  I carry ALL my weight in my ass, hips and thighs so I'm still big but before surgery I wouldn't get caught in a short skirt mid-thigh cause my legs would jiggle and keep moving when I stopped, so while now I have a scar I feel way more comfortable showing a little leg.  Even in pants I could see and feel my thighs moving.

I was told by my PS that the groin incision would not be good enough for me that the skin had tto come off vertically because if he just pulled it, gravity would pull it down. my incision is much lighter and less noticable this year those pictures r over a year old.
my PS says u have to substitue scar for skin and I wouldrather have incision scars then all of that loose flabby skin. I love my thighs

After seeing the pics I expect that I will be told the same.  Its the post op pain that scares me not living with the scars.  Yours incisions actually looked very good early out.  I'm surprised a scar can look like that so soon.  I don't think I'm brave enough for the long scars.  I have a low threshold for pain.
