I was busty too when I was overweight.  But, it's the fatter busty (as bad as that sounds).  I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd have implants.  Never.  Not that I was against them, but I don't have very much of a self esteem so I just never gave myself the credit to even do something like that.  When I lost all my weight, my boobs deflated big time.  I was a very flat, and all skin B.  I knew I needed a lift b/c they hung down and pointed to the floor, and was flat to my stomach.  When I saw my PS, I knew that I wanted some sort of ooomf (lol) but after talking with him, having a lift only would take out all my skin b/c I had so much to lift (8").  I got used to the idea of implants and then lost more weight and with them, I feel so much better!  I fill out shirts now, my boobs to don't sink into my bra leaving lines on my shirts.  I got saline but that's only b/c it's easier detection of leakage and your body just absorbs the saline.  For silicone, it's an MRI not covered by insurance for leakage detection :/  I really didn't go with a size, per se.  My Dr. is known for going big on boobs just b/c most people want bigger after they're healed.  I was limited with my lift b/c of the incisions so I just told him to go as big as he could.  I'm now a 36DD and completely happy with mine.  Maintenance has been fine.  I do have a few spots that need to heal (6wks out) and the soreness if finally subsiding but its ok.

Best thing to do is make a few appts with PS for consults.  You will be surprised at what they suggest!

A lot depends on how your body is built and how much breast tissue you have left. Your surgeon can tell you what size you can expect to be. I had enough tissue left to end up a firm full B or small C. I'm ony 5' so that is fine for me. The only thing I wish was different is having more fullness on top. My dr said that adding a small implant would fix that but I just couldn't see myself having implants especially since my size is fine for me. It would have been more out of vanity at that point. Plus I didn't want to deal with the maintenance years down the road and perhaps not having the money to replace them. You just never know. I have had people ask me if I had implants because my breast look so much bigger in clothes since I lost my hanging apron. It really made my chest appear larger. Bras do wonders too!
