Did your breasts look bigger after TT?

I would like to have a mommy makeover (tt and bl/ba).    My only concern is that I don't want to be too big on top.

My Mom had a TT last year and her boobs look so much bigger now that her belly is flat.

I'm a b cup now and would love to be at least a D cup.   While breastfeeding, I wore an E and LOVED it!

If my stomach was flat I'm sure an E would have looked huge, but with my belly the girls didn't look big at all.

I'm wondering if I shouldn't have the tt first and then have the bl/ba?

Any input???

Thanks,
Amy

I had my LBL first then had the BL/BA. I'm not sure it really matters if you have a flat tummy or not, probably matters what your body type is. I just told my surgeon that I wanted to look proportionate to my body. I'm a D now and some people are surprised that they are that big because they don't look huge. I think you'd be able to do it at the same time just make sure your surgeon knows what type of results you are looking for. They are the experts and can give you the right size and look you are going for.

Yes I definitely look bigger! I've had people ask me if I had a boob job with my LBL. I think it depends how much of an apron you have. If it's not much then it probably doesn't make much of a difference. I had about 10 pounds removed so it made a big difference. I also had a breast lift so maybe that helped but I'm a full b or a small C and I still get a comment every once in a while. I think a good bra makes a world of difference too. I rarely see people getting a BL or BA first.
