abdomnioplasty and medicare

Does anyone know if Medicare covers tummy tucks or abdomnioplasty?  I have a very large aprin which is causing skin rashes and has caused  2 hernias.  I am having the hernias removed on October 18th, but I am only 11 months out of surgery so it would not be feasable to have the cosmetics done yet.  I am at goal and have lost 170 lbs.  I have excess skin on my upper thighs and upper arms, but am not as worried about them places as I am my abdomen.  I just need some advice as to where to start as I would like to wait a year or so to even have surgery.  Does anyone know the process in which I should take?
