new to forum - see PS last week

I had my original RnY open 1/5/05 and a revision on 9/20/05.  I am going to have a scar revision done due to scar tissue build up (painful) and I also have a sinus cavity that has formed from an internal stitch to the exterior of my belly button.  They are also going to have to remove my belly button.  The Drs. office is going to try and get approval on the scar revision because she said that she was going to do some other things with the belly button that would not probably be approved.  I have Medicare as my primary and aetna as my secondary.  Has anyone had any dealings with aetna on this issue?  Any info would be appreciated.  thanks!
