Will a Lower Body lift help with very heavy thighs?

It will help some but you will likely still have heavy thighs. I had an LBL & then later a MTL and my thighs are still on the bigger side. Don't get me wrong, they are much better than what they were but I've just come to accept that I am destined to have bigger thighs. It's possible that maybe in a few year I might want to go in for some lipo on my thighs to see if that can help even more but not sure it's worth the additional money. Right now I'm going to try running and see if that will help slim down the thighs and calfs some more.

Before the LBL I had a roll of skin/fat/tissue on my upper, outer thigh that was kind of pointy (a lot like how your butt looks right now - hope I'm not offending). After the LBL the pointy area was rounded nicely. I still have larger thighs but the shape is better.
Ok, they aren't just cutting off skin from your belly, they are cutting it off all the way around. My PS took at least 9" off my back, tapering it down to proly 6-7" off my side and then 4" off my belly (I had already had a TT that was screwed up by another PS and he fixed it). They pull everything up - mons, hips, butt, and pull some down and anchor it to muscle facia (that tough semi-clear tissue that covers the muscle - I'm sure you've seen it on meats and chicken) and sometimes the bone.
My skin is very tight over the hip bones, I couldn't pinch it up if I tried. It's because it's now supporting the weight of my upper thighs. My lower thighs - between the knee and upper thigh, still have dimples and saggy skin and my inner thighs havne't improved at all, but he told me they wouldn't.
I would say that you will still have large thighs compared to the rest of you, but they will be more shapely and smaller than what you have now.
One thing you should ask, is he going to do the lipo as a separate surgery and let you heal before he does the LBL? I've seen that discussed here and I believe it's better to do it separately but maybe you should start another thread and ask others who have had lipo what they think.
