Brazilian Butt
I had it done as part of my LBL. It's also referred to as an auto-augmentation.
I love my results. The only thing to keep in mind though, is that you won't have as significant of a weight loss of skin removal because they're reusing the existing tissue. Your shape is definitely improved.
When I had my consult, my ps pulled and lifted my skin to give me an idea of how the procedures would look post op (close, not exact). When he lifted the skin around my back, it was clear that I would have no butt. So I opted for the auto-aug.

I had it but didnt really have alot of fat to inject back in, so I knew the results would be slight. I thought it looked good at first but lost weight and muscle tone from being laid up for so long, and now it looks the same as before. I think it will look better if I put back on a couple lbs and get my muscles back.
Here's a great explanation of the brazialian butt lift or auto augmentation (in conjunction with a lower body lift) - it does not use injections:
A body lift is a combined procedure that addresses the contour of abdomen, the lateral thighs and the buttocks. It is essentially an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), a lateral thigh lift and a buttock lift. It leaves a lengthy scar that goes completely around the waistline; however, we design the incision to be hidden beneath underwear or a bathing suit. This procedure is also commonly referred to as a lower body lift, a circumferential body lift or a belt lipectomy.

It is important to realize that all plastic surgeons do not perform this procedure in the same fashion. A circumferential excision can sometimes result in the loss of buttock projection and the appearance of a “flattened" buttock if all of this tissue is discarded. To preserve this desired buttock contour, we use the existing excess tissue that is normally discarded and shape it into a tissue flap that is rotated inferior in a way that will preserve projection or add volume to enhance your buttock contour. This is called buttock or gluteal autoaugmentation. At the time of your consultation, your surgeon will discuss whether your anatomy and goals are appropriate for this procedure.
