Who does good arms?

You might want to check out Dr. Albear in Tampa. He has done a lot of my procedures and is very good. My arms however were done by a different surgeon who is not in private practice.

I think it definitely matters who does your arms, so do your research. Without trying to sound conceited, my arms are some of the best post-bracchio arms I've seen (pics are on my profile~ HERE is one of them). My doctor did an excellent job!!!
