Hi Everyone,

I am looking into a breast lift and live in Ontario, Canada and was wondering if anyone who has had one done can give me a ball park figure. I do realize that it will vary based on the invasiveness of the surgery and all but a figure to go one would be great.

Thanks

In my experience the price varies WIDELY!!  I was quoted anything from $3500 - $8K.  More if you include implants.

My advice would be to call around.  In today's financial climate, a lot of surgeons are doing a free consult.  You can easily get a few quotes without costing a ton of money.  Depending on the size of your remaining breasts, a surgeon might recommend an implant to help with the lift.

Good luck!

I don't know if this helps but there is a plastic surgery fellowship training program at Toronto  University that offers a reduced cost option.  According to the website the fellows are already licensed plastic surgeons but are getting advanced training.

I had a reduction and lift (mastopexy) last week in Ottawa at the same time as my TT - all self pay. It was about $4-$5K more to have my mastopexy at the same time with this surgeon and he is well known as THE breast guy in town. One week post and I'll say that they look pretty awesome so far.
