I AM SCHEDULED FOR A LBL, BREAST AUG/LIFT, AND FULL BRACHIOPLASTY ALL IN ONE SURGERY. I REALIZE THAT I WILL BE COMPLETELY INCAPACITATED FOR A WHILE BUT I AM SO EXCITED AND COUNTING THE DAYS (IN DECEMBER).

HAS ANYONE HAD ALL 3 OF THESE SURGERIES ALL AT ONCE?  DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY WORDS OF WISDOM FOR ME? I WELCOME YOUR COMMENTS

I've had multiple procedures at once (see my siggy), although not your exact combo.

I was able to do more than I thought I could.  Moving got much easier as each day passed.  The most difficult day was the day after surgery when I had to get out of bed the first time.  I had overnight stays for both of my surgeries.

The second surgery was more difficult with moving because it involved the thighs.  The first one, where I expected more difficulty, was not near what I expected.

If you work out now, start working on strengthening your core and your legs.  With my LBL, in order to get up, I used my DH as a counterbalance and pushed with my legs.  If you have something wide that you can wrap around your waist now to limit bending, wrap yourself and practice getting up by scooting to the edge of a chair and pushing up with your legs and without pushing up with your arms.
