I knew going in that if I could be a C cup without implants, that was the way I would go. My surgeon assured me that in my instance that was definitely do-able.

After a lift, my boobs now sit high on my chest and have a nice amount of cleavage! I love, love, LOVE them.

I agree - if I had that much tissue left to give me a C- I'd go for that as well.

My boobs are basically deflated sacks of skin.  Can't even really see the "golf-ball" in there anymore KWIM?  From what my PS said, I would just have smaller hanging sacks of skin with a lift.  The implant would be a necessary part of the procedure to fill up the skin and get the proper look.

So - I think the advice to NEVER to them together might be case dependent.

I agree. Had I decided to go the implant route, they would have been done at the same time as my TT, lipo and scar revision. The only reason I would separate the two surgeries (lift/aug) is if I thought I might get away without the augmentation.

That is awesome and encouraging, Marilyn! That is my goal as well. If I could be a C-cup and  have them high, I would be really really happy!
