Massive Weight Loss and Facelifts

It's almost time for my facelift.  I am wanting to see pictures of others who have lost a lot of weight and had facelifts.  I am under 50 years old and have no wrinkles only lots and lots of excessing hanging skin.  My skin hangs so badly that when I sleep at night I can't sleep on my side - due to my nose being occulded by the skin and making it hard to breath.
I have searched online seeking pictures of others who have lost massive amounts of weight and have had facelifts but I haven't been successful finding these pictures.  If anyone has lost a lot of weight and had a facelift - I would love to see your results.

you know what i love about my face it doesnt look like a face lift it is pulled just right and my lips r perfect i think a facelift looks fake when u get Botox in your lips n the r real big when we  were on vacation in Can****here were several women i saw with facelifts that were pulled to tight.
