Girl I have doubled up on my biotin and protein and just HOPING it doesn't do like last time. I bought some Nioxin shampoo which I "heard" was supposed to help and I just washed my hair...here's hoping!

Any time you undergo anesthesia you increase the odds of hair loss. It is worsened by WLS because of decrease nutrient consumption.
Definitely look at one of the bariatric iron supps; they are generally made from a more bio-available type of iron.
