infection

I had extended tummy tuck 4 1/2 months ago.  I had a infection in the site, not bad just a small one. All of a sudden I am plagued with ache joints and so very cold all the time mostly hips ad knees some in the hands. what the heck Is this normal?

It doesn't sound normal.  It may or not be related, just coincidental.  You really need to call your doctor and discuss it with him/her.  If your ps doesn't think it's related, then your PCP will need to see you and order tests.

     This is not normal.  Nor is having an infection a "small" problem.  As an Infection Preventionist, I am going to tell you to see your doctor.  Be sure to let your PS know what is happening as well as your PCP.  Achey joints could be many things so it is best to let your doctors know.  Good luck to you!
