The Love Handles

Hi, Has anyone had to deal with the Love handles srill having them after having a Tummy Tuck.
I had a tummy tuck about 4 years ago and was left with a lousy one with love handles. I have been told that if you are over 40 liposuction doesnt work well. What have you done to get rid of them?

i had that also , just had a revision and he tucked the love handles into the side back part of my old incision, so far so great but it is only 2 weeks
