Did you need to buy ones that zip up the front?

My surgeon has us get the front closure sports bras for the recovery process because they are so much easier to get into and the sports bras provide even compression all around.

Just had my lift 6 weeks ago yesterday.  I bought both, the zip front and the hook front.  I like them both, although the zip front was a snap!  Easy in and easy out!  :)  I actually bought them at one of the department discount stores so I didn't spend a fortune on them and I was able to purchase more than one or two.  They worked just the same as the very expensive brands!  My surgeon approved when I showed them to him.

My best to you!

Wanted to add that they were the sport bras, as opposed to just the regular front closure bras.  I wore them 24/7 for 5 weeks, and then last week my surgeon told me that I could start wearing my underwire bras for more support as long as it didn't rub on my incision line.  However, I still wear the sports bra every night at bedtime.  I feel more comfortable in it than not wearing a bra at all.

Hope this helps!  :)
