What will medicare cover with plastic surgery?

Just wondering what medicare will cover when it comes to plastic surgery?

Medicare will cover a panniculectomy (excess apron skin) and breast reductions.  They require supporting documentation of medical necessity. Example: breakdown of the skin under the fold of abdomen skin, rashes etc.

 I thought that was medicaid and not medicare, I thought medicare paid for more?!
