Update on me

I had a thigh lift, tummy tuck, and breast lift on July 12..... I was readmitted a few days later with a severe infection. I had all my incisions re-opened and stuffed with wound vacs. I had 6 more surgeries in the following days, a blood transfusion, and HIGH dose IV antibiotics. I can feel your pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent 2 weeks in the hospital before they would even consider sending me home.....and I had to BEG to be released when I was. I am still trying to recover now...... all my incisions have healed nicely...... my groin incisions are still healing...... they have been the worst. I went to see my PCP today, and was told I am looking at least another 30 days before I can go back to the gym. At my last appointment with my surgeon, she was talking about doing a revision to my MONS area.......... another surgery????? Not anytime soon! This one almost killed me!

Oh, Missy, I'm been wondering about you. Hang in there. You were beautiful before the surgery and will always be beautiful because you have such a beautiful, caring spirit. I'm so sorry you the complications.
