Thank you for your response I am scheduled for surgery October 22nd for breast lift and augmentation and either a panni or tummy tuck.  I requested a tummy tuck but my paperwork says panni I called the office and they said it says that but their actually doing a tummy tuck a panni is just what the insurance covers.  That's why I am trying to get an idea of how long both surgeries take.  Thanks again:)

Hey Amy,

I was in the OR for about 7 hours.  Mainly because my surgery started at 1:00 p.m.  I also had at lot of skin removed about 35 to 40 pounds.  and he also did a breast lift at the same time.  I was in the hospital overnight.  never used the pain pump just did my pain meds by mouth.  The next morning they took the cath out I went to the bath room a couple of times by myself with my mom helping me walk to the bathroom and I did my lap around the hospital floor.  I did all this before my surgeon came to see me.  He had surgery that morning.  The next thing I knew I was discharged and on my way home.   When I got home I was okay doing some things form myself like going to he bathroom and things like that.  Other than that I took completel advantage of people taking care of me.

I wish you all the best and will get my family starting on a prayer chain so that you have an easy surgery and recovery.  Many Blessings

Jasmine

Thank you so much for your information I have surgery on october 22nd for either a tummy tuck or panniculectomy and a breast lift and augmentation.  I am very excited they estimated 5 hours for my surgery.  I was glad to hear you weren't in the hospital long my paperwork did tell me I would only be there one day.  Thank you for your prayers:)

Christie it's always good to hear someone is happy with their results.  I know I won't look like a model either I will be very happy to get rid of the saggy stomach and saggy boobs.  Thank you for your support.  Thank you for offering to keep in touch also.  Question? How do you ask someone to be on your friends list?
