Is this common?

I don't think it's uncommon at all. We have a procedure done and we see instant results that we like and we immediately look at other areas that we'd like to improve on.

I have a lbl planned for Oct 5th, my 1st ps. After that will be my inner thighs.
Starting out with my biggest problem areas.
But, will I be happy? Nope I'm already wishing I had money for everything I'd like to have done.
Like a facelift. BA/BL. My arms are starting to look lumpy to me! And what about calf implants?
Would these extras make me happy? I doubt it. Inreally need to work on my head!!!

I just don't see your desire to have all your parts *done* as unusual at ALL? I think quite the opposite that after major weight loss that most people would find that to be the Norm.  Seriously, ALL my parts are hanging, loose. So why would I expect to have several parts done and that the rest will take care of themselves naturally? They won't! LOL
I just don't see this as an issue of "Why can't I be satisfied?"  You know you haven't had all your areas done and you see that as a completion of your transformation :)
Now I am not made out of $$.
I can't afford Any plastics at this time but do plan on getting my parts done LOL.  I  will probably not ever get ALL my areas done due to finances and I will have to prioritize. Will I be settling?! Probably but I am not made out of money.
Ha Ha.
I'll hit the areas that bother me the most. Your not crazy! I don't understand why some folks say "Well when I had weight loss surgery I SWORE I would never do plastics!"
WHY .. what would make you think you wouldn't need it? I also didn't think my loose skin would be as bad as it is .. lol.  So I can *sorta* understand the thinking. But it's not just the attitude of that they won't *need* it .. they feel they lost weight for their Health only and would never fall into the trap of wanting the loose skin removed.
I am the opposite. I can't Imagine not planning to have it removed/fixed/lifted/tightened whatever you want to call it.
Btw you look fantastic!! You don't *need* anything else to continue looking as terrific as you already do but I can understand the desire to want to complete your journey as YOU view it!
As far as  your husband goes.. I find my husband just doesn't like to talk about these things at all, just a guy thing.
Maybe your husband doesn't care if you have the rest of your stuff done but he doesn't like to have to talk about it (i.e. listen to it!) That's how my man is .. seriously.
