Hello, had breast aug on August 5, under muscle 400 cc silicone. I have never once had pain and did not take any pain pills...for me easiest surgery I have ever had...WEW!! Anyway, my left implant seems to shift a tiny bit when I lay down, will this heal? Is this normal? I do still have swelling in my left but my right breast is fine. This doesn't hurt at all just a weird feeling...

Your breats will continue to change so you need to give it more time. I can tell you this. Sometimes the breast pocket is too big and the implant can shift laterally, especially when you lay down flat. Mine did that and they just got worse over time. Once I was far enough out I had a revision. It's called a capsulorrhaphy. It can be one breast or both that this happens to. You will notice that your cleavage gets wider as the breasts separate. My surgeon did not charge me for the revision. He went in and placed internal sutures on the outside of the breast pockets and it put my implants back where they should have been. They are perfect now. Just give it more time and keep an eye of it. They can be fixed but it does require another surgery.

Thanks Renee, it is only on my left side. How long after did you have a revision?

I had more procedures done after my breasts and spent a long time in recoveries. Once the schedule opened up and I was healed from the other procedures it was right at 11 months since my original breast surgery.

I recently had my breast done on July 28th; and I did not have any problems either.  For me, once the swelling went down, everything fell into place and that weird feeling went away and it is great.  Just give it time.  When you go back for your two week checkup, let your doctor know, if it doesn't.

I am glad to hear your surgery went well and with minimum pain.  I did not experience what you are experiencing with your breast, but I did have a revision done to my breast to lift them.  My revision was done six months after the original surgery.

Good luck with your recovery.
