Hey there Girl! Long time no see! The board has missed your sense of humor!  How have you been? I got my boobs done finally and I'm not missing my old loooong ones at all! Thanks so much for sharing your boob journey and pictures. It helped me to make my decision to not get implants nd I'm so happy that I didn't get them! I love the way my breasts turned out! I posted my pics on my profile if you want to see them and the thighs.
I too will be having some revisions in the future.Thats that thing about our stretched-out skin, you never know what it gonna do! I need more skin taken off of the sides (bracioplasty revision) and a small areas of scar revised from the thigh lift. My surgeon said he can do these in the office with a local for no charge. Every surgeon is different and I'm sure it will depend on how much work you need done and how long it will take. My surgeon gave me the option to do it in the hospital and if I choose that, I will have to pay hospital charges and anesthesia charges but his services are free. It will be about $1200.00. I may decide to go that route just because I don't like that idea of being awake while he is cutting me open. However like you, I don't have that kind of money and am in debt up to my eyeballs from the first two surgeries so I have decided to wait until the end of October and then decide what to do then. I too am so very pleased with my results - and Im thankful I didn't get implants.

I haven't been up to too much. Going back to school for my EMT and dealing with some funky health issues as of late. I have been spotting for 7 wks now and it's getting on my last damned nerve. Am about to schedule for my last major medical surgery of an Uterine Ablation, and Rectocele Cystocele repairs (I should be tighter than a virgin after that).

I was sitting at the OB/GYN office last Wednesday to see what is up with this spotting I have been having. Im sitting there reading a book (I ALWAYS have my nose in a book) "The Happy Hooker" by Xaviera Hollander (a popular madam in the 70's). While holding this book to read, I am on the phone with a friend and we are talking bout parenting and I say, "Yeah, Im so anal." I look up to catch 2 dirty looks and a couple of raised eyebrows.
Apparently they probably thought I was there for my monthly STD check and thought that book was a "self help" or something. LOL! I wouldn't be surprised if they questioned the doc after I left - to make sure she triple sterilized the equipment. LOL!

I had a rectocele/cystocele repair done and let me tell ya sister... it is like virginity all over again!!! The healing sucked due to the delicate area operated on but let me tell you how much fun it was to try out the new equipment! Word of advice.. take it reallly, really slow! I actually will have to have a revision next year and possible mesh placement. I had a botched hysterectomy with anterior/posterior repair (cystocele/Rectocele) in 2007. My own fault in a way. I should have been more careful about choosing a surgeon. I didn't get one that was board certified and I paid the price and learned my lessson. My new surgeon is board certified and specializes in this area. She had a difficult time putting me back together after the first doctor butchered me. The first doc was an ob/gyn not board certified in vaginal surgery as my new surgeon is. The first doc didn't know what she was doing and removed WAY too much tissue, I also almost bled to death when she removed my uterus! When I went for the repair in 2008 we weren't sure my new surgeon would be able to actually repair all of the damage. Thank God she was!! However the tissue is scarce and subject to laxity due to it's patch-worked positioning so I have a rectocele starting again. All of the constipation from the plastics didn't help matters, in fact it exacerbated them. So We will be going back in to try and repair that area without mesh but if necessary she will have to place mesh in my pelvic floor. She said it mesh a 10% chance of erosion so she doesn't like to use it if she doesn't have to. I'm hoping she will not have to use it. IS your surgeon board-certified? Will they be placing mesh?

So when you say it's amazing after.....does this mean that perhaps though I can't experience a vaginal ****** now, that I might after? That would be pretty cool!
Im terrified they will hurt my little spot there - I told her I want to show them where it is so they can stay the hell away from it! LOL!

No it's actually in my pics on profile - I didn't bother uploading to the website.
And yes my surgeon is certified - but she is only doing ablation and rectocele - then I have a urologist coming in and doing the cystocele. But Im hoping they will use the pork skin graft rather than mesh - that erosion sounds awful and Im terrfied of that - especially since Im only 26 and have lots of sex when hubs is home HAHA!

AS far as a vag O after your surgery. Let me just say that it's not a definite but it definitly ups your chances. It did for me anyway! Everything is brought in and tighter, more sensitive. It is great! I'm not going to lie to you though. The recovery isn't a lot of fun and when you resume intercourse, take it REALLY slow and easy! Lot of lubrication. It really is like being a virgin all over again.
I'm so glad you have great surgeons. It's sucks to learn how important thqat is the hard way! You are so young to have be having all of this. I was 37 when I had mine and I was comsidered young! I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I will keep you in my prayers. It is well worth it though. And you will love the results! You think you have a lot of sex now, after this you will want to have it all the time! It's difficult for the poor husband to keep up!! We have these new bodies on the outside and then the inside rebuilt, how awesome is that!
I didn't know about the pig graft, I will have to ask my surgeon about that. I really don't want the mesh and am hoping my own tissue will suffice.
