Sharp pain 5 weeks out from plastics..

I got a tummy tuck (among other things) and I am 5 weeks out. Along my waist line incision, when I bend over or press a certain spot, I feel a sharp pain as if there was a knife underneath my skin. Whats odd is that the area I touch looks to be healed (no open wound there) so I wonder why the pain is so sharp underneath the skin in that one spot.

Anyone ever had this happen? Just wondering if I need to bring this to the attention of my surgeon.
