Around the World and Breast Lift/Aug
I had them done together along with a medial thigh lift. I returned to work two weeks after however only if I promised my ps that I would work from home for two weeks before starting back to my weekly flights from CLE to LAX. (The additional two weeks at home was because of the thighs being uncomfortable.)
As for the bl/ba...In our discussions, based on the size that I chose he told me that I might not need as much of a lift if any at all. However, if I do, it would be a small one and could be done later in his office. Turns out, he was able to do the lift at the same time and now my breasts look awesome.
When they put them in, they're up high so it looks a little weird, but over the course of 3 months they drop into place. I'm about a month and half post op and mine are dropping very nicely. Once you're told to massage them, that will help drop them too and soften them.

I had both on June 24th and took 1 week off. I'm an anesthesiologist, so I work a lot with my upper body in the operating room. I did pretty well, but in retrospect, doing the surgery on a Fri (I did Mon) and taking a week with the two weekends before and after off would have been better. Post op day 1 and 2 were uncomfortable, then day 3 and on were pretty easy. The tightening from the muscle being stretched was more of an issue than incisional pain. Once I was cleared to take Aleve, it was smooth sailing! Good luck!
