Had my LBL and BL

Not feeling well.  I look like hell.  When did the swelling go down enough to see the shape?  I thought you could see right away.  Cause I look freakish

Congrats!  Don't panic, I'm sure with time, you'll LOVE your results!!!  Hope your recovery goes smoothly!  

Don't worry. I thought I looked freakish too at first. Your incisions are so fresh now but it will get better. You should see some improvement unless you didn't have much skin removed. Once the swelling subsides some you will really be able to tell! Just rest and take it easy. It does get better!

This early out, don't focus on how you look, just focus on taking care of yourself and healing. It will happen- one day you'll notice significant changes in how you look, the swelling will subside, and you'll be feeling better. You're through the worst part, with the surgery behind you. Congrats!

Hang in there!!!  You know it just takes time after surgery, it won't happen overnight.  Just take care of yourself now, and it will all be great in the end.  I am sorry you are not feeling well - this is a tough surgery.  Just keep thinking about the end game - you lost all of the weight, and this is the next step you needed to take and you know you can do it.  Keep me up-to-date on how you are doing!!!

Hope you're feeling better today than yesterday. Make sure you take lots of pics an measurements for yourself. Seeing your own progress in living color will help YOU see the changes other people see..
