I've been thinking of you. I'm glad things are going well. The swelling might get worse around day 4 or 5 then it starts to subside. I had these velcro wrap around head pieces that had ice packs in them and used them as often as I could. They really felt good. I hope your recovery continues to go well! The eating will get easier.

Glad everything is going well.  You made me laugh out loud about the chocolate!  A girl's gotta keep her strength up.

i had to wear my wraps for about 3 weeks and I even went out shopping like that. i m so happy with my face lift and u will be too
