If you can afford it go for great, you seriously get what you pay for in this type of field. I wish I had the money to get everything nipped and tucked, I went to a teaching hospital because of price and the good things I heard and my experience was overall good, my stomach is perfect, my arms are still bigger then I would like and after two neck lifts I still hate what I see. So honestly go get yourself the porshe if you can.
