Will medicare medicaid pay

Hello I was jus wondering..... how much access skin do you have to have for medicaid/ medicare to pay for a tummy tuck, has anybody had plastic surgery with this kind of insurance? What are the requirements that need to be met,  and order for them to pay for it?

The trick is finding a plastic surgeon that will accept Medicare.  I seem to recall a post where someone said that I think it was the University of Kansas accepted Medicare.  Perhaps you could call and ask about the approval process.

 I do not have medicare or medicaid but I do know someone who was approved for a panni. She had medicaid and was on disability. She had 22 pounds removed. So it is possible in some cases. Start with your doctor and see what needs to be done.
