Hey guys. I am having a medial thigh lift on August 25th and I am really excited. Other than a female urinal, are there items that I can buy that might make the recovery process a little easier? Thanks so much in advance for your responses.

Liana

I dont know of really anything you can buy except maybe a toilet seat lift.. however the best advise I can give you is GET UP AND MOVE!  Now I am not talking exercise... I am talking about getting off your duff when you don't feel like it and going to the Bathroom, Kitchen, car, store etc... The more you force yourself to move the better you are in the long run! the faster your pain goes away and the better your results are... remember pain pills are meant to cover your pain don't be afraid to use them... your pain will become more tolerable everyday... addiction is usually a myth... GET UP AND GO

Thank you very much for the response Katy. I have one of those toilet seat lifts from my gastric bypass. I never had to use it, but I would imagine that it will be pretty handy for my thigh lift. I remember when I had my lower body lift. I moved as much as possible. I am not worried about the pain pills. Percoset was definitely my best friend when I had my body lift!

Since you have already had a lower body lift you should do fine. My thighs were much easier than my LBL. Good luck.
