Facelift - What and Who did you tell?

 I am 1-week post op, and I haven't decided what or who to tell.  I think it's somewhat obvious (esp. since I am still bruised).   I am guessing people will be too polite to actually ask.  My office staff knows (small office), but am wondering about others in the business community.  

 I told everyone before I had my eyes done and they did not turn out any better than before so I wish I had kept quite. Now that its done if they ask I would just say I had a small procedure taken care of. No need for details and if they pu**** just ask why they are so curious.

I wouldn't say anything. I think you'll find most people just won't notice - they are too busy worrying about how they look.
