LBL question
Aloha HM-
Seven drains here post Circumferential BL and Breast L/A . Two from breasts, two draining backside (BUT these exited from frontside of hips), two draining lower front abdomen, and one from mons. So you probably have 2 draining your posterior side, but they exit out the front.
Also, the breast drains were unsual foir my surgeon- he says in 12 years he's only placed them twice when it wasn't a breast reconstruction post mastectomy, and I was number 2. But it caused no issues (scarring nor suppleness nor appearance).
I am so very pleased with my outcome- I had very little swelling post drain removal ( maybe took a month for all swelling to resolve) and I never swell now, even whejn I work out really hard. Never had to wear compression garments ( but I also did not have any liposuction except in mons area). My waist was 2 inches bigger immediately post op ( I took measurements the night before) and my weight was about the same post op, but now I am consistently 5 lbs below where I was the day of plastics, so I guess some of that was skin ( I've retested my body fat with the dunk tank and it's the same as it was 2 mobnths post goal).
Increased urination- could be your healthy kidneys excreting excess fluid from fluid retention post op, or a UTI, or it's possible you now have slightly different anatomy in your mons area, causing more friction on your external genitalia which makes it feel like you have to urinate.
