Scar tissue ?

Hi all does anyone feel the scar tissue above there mons area I had a Panni done almost 7 weeks ago and it feels weird, I see my PS Dr. this week for my follow up.

Just wondering if anyone else who had a Pannulectomy feels a hard scar tissue in that area ??

If the scar tissue runs along the same area as the incision then that is fairly normal. You should be massaging the incision anyway to help break up the scar tissue. Just use some cocoa butter lotion or whatever you use on your scars and massage it in circular motions along the incisions. That should help.

I am almost 1 year out from my panniculectomy & tummy tuck. I did have hard feeling spots in my scar above the mons area. It went away because it doesn't feel that way now. I just can't tell you when it resolved... I don't think it was really long.. not more than a month or two.
