Generally, once you have surgery you either wake up with them on or you are put into the them the next day.  My ps just had me in a ab binder for my LBL and ace wraps for my arms and thighs.

If you have surgery and didn't get anything from your ps - call and ask what he/she recommends.

If you haven't had surgery yet, ask your surgeon if and what he/she will use.  I also wouldn't suggest buying something until after surgery when you are certain of what size you'll need.

You can get some at marenagroup.com and use the discount code "skinny". You get a 30 percent discount which is great. I know some medical supply stores sell binders as well which are pretty reasonable. After you are further out from surgery, you can use some flexees type waist nippers or whatever depending on your surgery.

I agree with the previous post... Definately go with marenagroup.com!! I've ordered twice now from them.. and that code, is legit.. It's worked both times for me and that's a lot of $$ saved with that.
