Horizontal Abdominalplasty and Pregnancy
I have now lost 115 pounds and have some sagging skin. I am scheduled to go in for my mini brachioplasty and horizontal abdominalplasty on Aug 4th. I was told that they do the horizontal and vertical Abdominalplasty in a 2 part series or should I say 2 separate surgeries. I am also wanting to have another baby immediately following surgery. I was told I could have the surgery and would also need a vertical Abdominalplasty regardless. I am curious if any woman out there have had this done? Or know of anyone who has? Am I stupid in doing this verses waiting for 3 years to get rid of the skin and then waiting another year to do part 2 of the surgery? Thanks for any input!
Personally, I wouldn't spend my money on any abdominal or breast wor****il AFTER I was done having kids. I had a friend have a TT WITH her last Csection; but the PS told her the only way he'd do it then was if she was having a tubal too, which she was.
And I've never in my life heard of anyone doing TT in two procedures. That procedure HURTS and I'd hate to have to do it twice!
I'd go for another opinion.

I understand your impatience, of course, after all this weight loss you want to have plastics to look normal. I agree with the others when they suggest waiting till after you've had your babies - pregnancy can really stretch you out. I'm sure it would ruin any TT.
Why would an abdominalplasty need to be done as 2 separate surgeries? In all the research I've done I've need seen this?
If I were you, I'd go ahead and have the mini brachiplasty - at least you can enjoy your new thinner arms.
