Did you have a monsplasty at the same time you had a lower body lift or a tummy tuck? What did your surgeon do to fix all that excess hanging skin? Can you see the scars?

 Hey there,
He lifted mine and lipod it. It was included in my tummy tuck and I didn't even realize it until after the fact. It looks good!

That wasn't part of the itemized list of procedures on my first round of plastics, but we did discuss the high riding front crack.  Specifically, how would he avoid that.  His explanation was about how he did the cut.

I'm pleased with the way my mons looks.  Actually, now that things are in place where they're suspose to be, it's a whole new world of discovery - like shaving use to be rather time consuming and tedious with all the lifting and pulling and whatnot.  Now it's much easier.

As far as reach, if I didn't know better, I would have sworn my arms got longer.

I know my surgeons include it in in the TT and LBL. I don't quite understand why some drs don't include it. They are already cutting on top of the pubic area. My dr cut off some of the excess skin from the top of the pubic area and raised it a little when he did my LBL and it looks so normal now. No more puffiness at all! I would definitely ask him about that. Otherwise that will be an additional cost and procedure that can be taken care of at the same time with the TT.

I didn't have an official mons procedure, however when he did my FDL tummy tuck, he pulled the skin up so that it looks like I had a mons lift.  Looks great, if I do say so myself!  lol

Strangely enough, I did not have mine done with my panni removal OR my TT... it was SUPPOSED to be done with teh panni removal, though.  I had it done when I had my brachioplasty because the surgeon who did my panni wouldn;t do the mons lift (and I was not willing to like with it that way).... so I had my arms and mons done 6 weeks later.

Your doctor screwed up as did mine. They should not be doing TT. I have seen another surgeon who was disgusted at what the surgeon left undone on me even after I made him go back in. He simply did more lipo. Even though before the first surgery and the second I made clear that I was extremely unhappy. I had friends who had their TT done by our WL surgeon and other I know too, and their mons area is perfect. There is no excuse for how they have left us. They are simply in it for the money and have no compassion for women. I am so sorry this happened to you. I cannot afford to have mine fixed. It bothers me every day :(

I had not realized that this could be done as part of a TT and am very intrigued!  Question:  Did your, uh, hairline rise when the area was lifted?

I was upset to find out that my surgeon could have done monsplasty when he did my TT. It really bothers me, so much that I refuse to date. What single man would want to see that?! That plus my stretched out, saggy thighs, causes me such depression.
