NC Surgeons

I am curious if anyone has used a surgeon in NC and can recommend them or advise me to steer clear of them. (I live between Charlotte and Monroe NC) I am just now working on setting things up and not entirely sure about the process (I still have a bit of weight I need to lose first (about 15lbs)  Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

Dr. Scott Don is in Charlotte and has done alot of post massive weight loss reconstructive surgery.  He doesn't deal at all with insurance.

I didn't use him because I found a surgeon closer to home but other than the insurance issue I liked what I heard about him.  Someone for you to investigate anyway.
