Medicare may pay for removal of excess skin that causes significant skin infections and the like.
The problem is there is no real approval process and the fees paid to doctors are reduced 60 - 90% of what a doctor would get paid based on the national average for self pay patients.
So it would be unlikely to find an experienced surgeon who would agree to this.
