As soon as the stitches came off, I started using these advanced healing gel sheets called tough pads. Last week, I started using Mederma and silicone scar sheets from Biodermis. I took the sheets off last night and this morning I can see a big increase in the redness so I'm putting them back on. Maybe theose pics are a false indication of what they really look like.. without the sheets, I have also been massaging the scars since about week 2.
