I can't believe it.  My surgery is a week from monday.  I personally can't wait.  On July 13th we will be doing a modified  LBL with Inner thigh lift.  And on August 17th we will be doing my arms and breast augmentation.

If anyone has any suggestion please let me know.  Also if you would like to pass on any words of in couragement/ prayers that would be great.

I'm almost 5 weeks out from second round of plastics (info in my signature) and the most helpful advice that was given to me is to make sure you buy and use stool softeners and/or laxatives after surgery, get your prescriptions filled before the day of surgery, and buy lots of pillows of different sizes and firmnesses to have when you get home. Having the pillows make it easier to adjust yourself to find a comfortable positon. I also used pillows to keep my arms elevated whenever I was sitting or laying and it kept my swelling down. I  took bromelian and arnica montana with both surgeries and kept to a low sodium (under 1500mgs of sodium per day) post op. All of this seemed to help keep my swelling to a minimum. Hope this helps.
I will keep you in my prayers and I wish you every blessing on this journey!
