Thanks so much for the reassurances Shelly.  It means so much when wonderful people such as yourself are open and willing to share their personal experiences.  It's very appreciated.

I'm scheduled for a LBL/BL on Oct 5.  I'm nervous but excited...not looking forward to the pain.  However, my cousin who is an RN has volunteered to come with me for the first week to take care of me.  That does relieve my mind somewhat.

I'm going to add my input on Dr. Lomonaco.  He is simply AMAZING!!  He has so much experience with WLS patients and the special reconstructive needs we have.  He literally wrote the book on it.  LOL!  I had my LBL and BL with him Jan. 14th and I could not be happier.  He is a true skilled surgeon and artist, on top of having the best bedside manner EVER!!  And I have my next round of extended arms and thighs scheduled with him Sept 7th and I can't wait!!!

Angela, it's nice to know that Dr. Lo has many happy patients.  Good luck on round 2.  I will also need 2 rounds with the arm lift being my second part as well.  I'm feeling so good about my decision especially after the horrible consult I had earlier in the week here locally.

Laura,  you've definately made the BEST decision!!  I tell EVERYONE about him.  I'm sure everyone is tired of hearing me talk on and on about him!  Good luck on your surgery and keep me posted on how it goes!!  I just know you will be THRILLED with your results like everyone else I've met who've used Dr. Lo!!

My choice for GREATEST Plastic Surgeon ever is Dr. Eric Mariotti of Concord, CA.
Dr. Mariotti did my tummy tuck and arm lift 5 years ago, breast augmentation and butt lift 2 years ago then outter thigh lipo 3 months ago.  His is amazingly artistic and so caring.  He does alot of work with barriatric patients.  He gets to know his patients personally and is so easy to talk to & friendly.  I recommend Dr. Mariotti to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon.

My surgeon is Dr. Keith Paige in Seattle, Wa

He and his staff are simply fantastic!!! I had searched for a PS that would do a mid journey panniculectomy for a long time. Every single one I went to was SO rude to me, it was absolutely heart breaking and embarassing. I knew I needed to lose more weight, but hit a plateau and needed this done desperately. I finally went to Dr. Paige (should've went there first) and he absolutely agreed that it needed to be done. I just had my panniculectomy, hernia repair and mons lift June 18th and he did a fabulous job! I am so pleased. Not only is he an awesome and skilled surgeon, he (and his entire staff) is the most kind and understanding surgeon. I am truely blessed!! Thank you Dr. Paige!!!
