Under or over the muscle silicone

One doctor says under the other says over any insights

Usually the deciding factor is how much natural tissue you have. If you don't have much tissue the edges of the implant can be felt and sometime even seen through the skin. Even with under the muscle, I can still feel the rippled edges of the implant at the bottom, though it's probably only noticable to me, hubby doesn't seem to notice it.

My Dr. did under. competely love them and they feel very natural. Unless I tell most people (even guys) don't know.

I chose under. Wouldnt consider over because they make mamograms harder.
