Wow wow wow!! You look amazing! just what I want!! Do you mind if I print your before and after BA/BL to show the surgeon when I have my consult?  I want those boobs!!!   What type pf implant and are they under or over the muscle??  Sorry I have a lot of questions but you look FANTASTIC!!!  (how tall are you??)  I want to look like you naked LOL!!

Thank you Johannah!!! I have never been told by anyone they wanted to look like me naked!!!!! :D  Yes you can print my pics and show your doc. I have smooth saline under the muscle implants. These are 475 filled to 525. (my old ones were too small 300) I had very little breast tissue of my own. I might have been a small B cup. With my new big implants, Im a full D. As you can see they match my wide hips well. Oh and Im 5'5.  If you think of any more questions feel free to ask.

I really like the natural tear drop look - I do NOT want the boobs that look round when you are not wearing a push up bra!!  Ok I am only 5ft so I think I will have to go smaller LOL I guess a fullc or small d would be good on my short self!!!  I will be getting a TT with a BL/BA - well that is what I hope anyway!!  My consult is at the end of August.  I was thinking the gummy bear imp[lant... what made you go with saline?  I am just starting to research so i am curious!

I cannot do the Lower Body lift  (I am thinking what I can realistically afford and just doing those!)  So I will deal with a saggy bum and some arm jiggle!  (Your butt looks great though LOL!)

I hear good things about the gummy bear implant and how they feel more natural. I chose saline because thats what I had before and I was fine with the way they feel. Also I guess silicones past still scares me and they cost more too... I pretty much had to do the LBL. My butt had weird folds and I had huge flanks.. I thought your arms looked nice in your after weightloss pic! I really could use an arm lift (and an inner thigh lift too), but Im tired of surgery pain LOL. Im finally feeling ok with my body. wooooohooooo!!! Good luck with your consult! Ill be excited to hear what you decide to do.
