Anyone feeling these feelings after PS ??

Hi all my PS buddys...so hear I am 4 weeks out from Pannulectomy surgery and Breast reduction lift. and the feeling are mixed does anyone else feel like this...I am so happy I had these done but now I'm bummed about the top half of my tummy ! Hugs Des

why did you only have a panni and not full TT?  The results you want come from a TT.

well because my insurance paid for it..so if I could afford a Full TT I would have believe me..:(

Did your ps discuss the possibility of deducting the cost of what insurance would pay from a full TT and you only pay the difference?  Would that have been possible?  I know, you can't unring the bell but if that wasn't discussed with you and it would have been something you'd be able to handle - I'd probably have those feelings too.

But at least you know that it can be fixed.  Put a plan together for saving what you need for it if it's going to eat at your emotions like that.

I think anytime we have PS to fix a certain area, then everything else starts looking bad.  I think that's why some people say they are addicted to PS!  Once you start you want to fix everything else.  I know I can nit pick my body to pieces but I just have to tell myself how much better I look now than before I had PS or even had WLS!

Hopefully you will be able to have the full TT at some point in the future.  Hang in there!

Yes I think you hit the nail on the head. I am very greatful,  I guess thats what I'm doing..we always want to look a certain way in our heads..so I've got to get over myself.. Thanks for the kind words girls..x Hugs Des
