I posted these pictures for my lapband friends. Figured I'd share here as well. I'm not quite as bold as some of you to post completely nude before and after shots - but you can get the idea.

And for those of you who don't know my story, I had my band placed a few years ago but lost it a few months ago due to complications. I went ahead with the plastic surgery (breast augmentation + lift, as well as a tummy tuck) even though they said to wait...I had have confidence in my ability to maintin my new healthy lifestyle! And I have!!!

Wow, and I'm completely jealous! You look great. So happy for you and everyone that gets it done.
I only wish I would have stopped the dieting yrs ago and had wls.

You look great!! those are the three procedures I hope to have (sooner than later LOL!!)

If you do not mind me asking what type of impalnt did you get (saline or silicone, and above or below muscle?) I like the end result!

I got a saline implant below the muscle. I had relatively large breasts going into the procedure, so I feel like the implant isn't all that noticeable. I'm thrilled with how they look now!

I had a 375cc implant overfilled to 450cc - makes 'em more firm!
