Got the ok for ACE, but ...

 I went to the PS today and he said if I wanted to use the ace bandages that would be okay as long as I had good compression there.  So I had a shower tonight (yeah) and put on the elastic bandages.  They felt sooo much looser than the compression garment so I had my husband tighten them up a bit.  How do I know if it's okay?

I tried those wraps and couldnt stand it so I went to the compression garment that is only the sleeve for each arm and snaps bhind theback of lower shoulders so that you can wear 3/4 sleeves in a shirt and noone can even tell ,  they were comfortable too and work great.
I believe they are called compression sleeves .

 I had the compression sleeves when I woke up from surgery.  They were so tight they actually cut into my skin.  I didn't like them.  I think I'm doing okay with these as long as the compression is right.  I think I'm looking forward to the day when I don't have to wear anything at all:-)  And before long I'll be able to look back and realize that day is long past.  Thanks Shirley.
