Numbness and itching !!!

Hi all,

Des here  I had my panni & Breast reduction done 4 weeks ago and now I'm dealing with this crazy itching and when I go to scratch the area is numb so I can't feel that ..it's driving me crazy . I've tryed anti itch spray & gels nothings working...any tips from someone whos been threw it already and when I wear my binder its worse...Plus girls are your nipples real sensitive I can hardly touch them...God all these new things I'm going through..Help ..Hugs Despinasdream

I had the same problem about a week and a half out from my work.  My ps didn't want me putting anything on the incisions since it was so soon - so he said to take benedryl.  It worked but of course, I slept a lot.  If you haven't, checked with your ps too.

Also used Benadryl and got some extra sleep!! The itching only lasted about a week for me.

I know what you mean about the nipples, OMG I can't stand the seat belt/shoulder harness.  I have to leave the lap belt on and put the shoulder part behind my back.  It hits right there and it hurts!!!  I am 9 weeks and still can't stand the belt across my boobs.

Same thing here... I was told not to put anything on it... it's nornal, and you're healing. I know it doesn't help, but hopefully if will be over soon!

Three years ago, when  I had my TT, BR, and arm lift I ended up with that problem. I was told it was my nerves waking back up.  Scratching didn't help, but lightly tapping the itchy area brought me relief for some reason.

I am 9 days out from my butt lift, thigh lift, and brachioplasty revision and my incisions are itching!
