Post WLS BLEPH? Would you do it again?

Looks like my insurance will cover both an upper ans lower bleph with some fat removal at my expense (1500 for that).

If you've done this would you do it again?

I really wanted something done about my deep marionette lines but she didn't think filler would b e enough.  Of course insurance won't pay for that or anything else for that but insurance will pay for both the upper and lower bleph so of course she wants to do that.

I'm just not sure.

Looking for input from anyone who has had it done.

I've lost 215 pounds, and had an upper bleph, a lower bleph (twice-- insert eyeroll), Fraxel repair, and a lower face lift: results below:

My face, circa 2003 (This is what I like to think of as "my face"):

My face in 2006, after I became heavier (and sicker):

And at my heaviest in March 2007:

Lost the first 100 pounds and started looking like utter crap (Winter '08):

Then I lost another 155-- 215 total. So here's post weight loss, pre-plastics (Dec '08):

Four days after first blephs and lower face lift: *** don't let this happen at home!)

Post first round of blephs and lower face lift (Feb '09): (Upper looks good albeit scarred, lower still hangy)

After Fraxel "Repair" (Mar '09)(which accomplished nothing):

Two days after second lower bleph (late Apr '09) (take heart! It gets better! :) :

After second lower bleph (May '09)

Then a shot of Botox between the brows every six months, and bright sunlight, and on a good day I now could look kinda like this (probably was Photoshopped a little still, Aug '09-- the crepe-y skin you can kinda see under the left eye is actually a little more intense than that in real life):

Once it all settled, though, things started getting kind of hangy and hollow. My face looked sort of gaunt as of February '10) Not a great pic-- was a reference photo for a painting. The dark hollows under the eyes came back (wish I had a better pic here, sorry):

So in two weeks, when I get my arse repaired (it's TRULY ridiculous-- I'll post pics of that later) they're going to transfer some fat to the hollows under the eyes.

So there you are-- anatomy of a post weight loss face! Cash wise, looks like this:

My lower face lift and blephs were only $7500: I got a deal because I did print advertising for the surgeon.

The fat transfer is going to be another $2500, but should hkeep my face from sliding off. ;)

So basically, we're talking $10k from here to here ( and perhaps beyond). Is it worth it? Anyone's call, but I had to give it a shot, I was sick and tired of looking sick and tired. :):
